in how many ways is this Ultimate collection better from the special edition one? i got the latter, the one with the boxes in many different pastel colors.

If i already have that one, should i stick to it or would be better to buy this ultimate enhanced collection?

I don't know which is better,  James Bond movies are all good, no matter which collection you may have.

...the only difference between the recently released 'Ultimate' edition of the James Bond movie set, and the four separately released 'shiny-pastel-colored' box sets, is that the 'Ultimate' edition contains the four separate box sets, and is packaged/slapped together with a separate two-disc edition of "Casino Royale"...

...if you have already purchase the four separate box sets, and the two-disc edition of "Casino Royale", you pretty much already have the 'Ultimate' edition; you just merely bought everything separately...
